Online Repairs

Process:

1. Complete the repair form below and submit to service@mikesarcaderepair.com. Print a copy to be included with the pieces to be sent in.
2. An invoice will be sent for the preliminary assessment charge. Note this estimate is based solely on the information provided by you, and is not a guarantee as to the final bill.
3. Once paid and confirmation received, carefully wrap and package the item/s to be sent, making sure to use as much packing material as possible to keep the item/s secure. Make sure to include the copy of the repair form. Note that items will be shipped back in the same box in which they were received; if a container is deemed insufficient for return shipment, a surcharge will be added to replace it.
4. Send your package to the address listed on the bottom of the invoice.
5. Once we've received your package a confirmation email will be sent.

When work is complete, a second, final invoice will be sent. In the event the work takes less time then initially estimated, a refund of the difference will be issued in the form of payment received.

Note that we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we'll be able to fix any and every issue we're presented with. In the event that we're not able to repair your item/s, you will only be charged for handling and return shipping. Please see Terms and Conditions below
